1. Purpose
The Service is provided to support lawful UX and UI design practice, education, and related professional work. This AUP protects the Service, our users, and third parties from misuse.
Violations of this AUP constitute a material breach of the Terms of Service available at https://defaultfile.com/legal/terms and may result in suspension or termination of access, reporting to authorities, and pursuit of available legal remedies.
2. Lawful use only
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including intellectual property, privacy, export control, and computer misuse laws.
You must not use the Service to create, store, distribute, or facilitate content or activity that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that exploits or harms minors.
3. Prohibited activities
Without limitation, you must not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, related systems, accounts, or data, or probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities except with our prior written authorization.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on infrastructure, or by launching denial-of-service attacks.
Use automated means (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to extract content or overload the Service in a manner that harms availability, except for ordinary public search-engine indexing that respects robots directives we may publish.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly prohibits such restriction.
Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, rate limiting, authentication, or access controls.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Service to phish, spoof, or socially engineer others.
Use the Service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person.
Transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited promotional material through or in connection with the Service.
Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors, or use the Service in connection with unlawful content involving minors.
Use the Service, its proprietary materials, or bulk exports of Service materials to train, fine-tune, or improve machine learning or artificial intelligence models without our prior written consent.
Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service itself as a competing hosted offering without our prior written consent.
Use the Service in any manner that could damage our reputation or imply unauthorized sponsorship or endorsement.
4. User Outputs and shared links
You are responsible for User Outputs and for any configuration or share links you create or distribute. Do not place personal data, secrets, credentials, or confidential third-party materials in shareable URLs or exported assets if unauthorized disclosure would cause harm.
You must not use exported materials to violate third-party rights or to produce misleading or unlawful materials.
5. Technical integrity
You must not remove, obscure, or alter proprietary notices, branding, or legal notices displayed in the Service, except where a tool expressly allows customization of exported visuals for your own design work.
You must not introduce malware, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful code into or through the Service.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate access, preserve evidence, and cooperate with law enforcement as we deem appropriate.
We may update this AUP as the Service evolves. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
